Dr. Marie-Claire Moreau is a college professor who traded in her tenure to become a homeschool mom 20+ years ago. Passionate about both personal achievement and creating a life of excellence for her kids, she successfully launched her children into amazing futures one by one over the last several years. As an author, national speaker and transformational coach, she has helped thousands of people over the years by sharing her strategies for success in finding balance, working from home, home education and creating a life of excellence. Her book, Suddenly Homeschooling: A Quick Start Guide to Legally Homeschool in Two Weeks, is industry-acclaimed for exposing how home education can rescue children and families from the system, and how anyone can begin homeschooling successfully in a short period of time, with very little preparation, and no formal training whatsoever.
Marie-Claire’s story is one of enormous success, but she also learned the hard way the effects that “doing too much” can have on women’s health, relationships and quality of life. While overcoming her personal battle with debilitating fibromyalgia, she discovered the surprising effects that living a balanced life within deep purpose can have on female productivity and fulfillment. Now specializing in helping women find excellence within that balance, she coaches individual clients and develops programs to help others create extraordinary lives, too.
Dr. Moreau has been a professor, a teacher, a coach and a trainer for almost 25 years. She holds a doctorate from Columbia University; multiple Masters Degrees in Instruction, Communication, Education; and a degree in Sociology. She holds varied training certificates and has extensive experience in both one-on-one and group training environments. She is a student of Gary Craig’s Gold Standard EFT and Optimal EFT™ instruction, Donna Eden’s Eden Energy Medicine, and her work is influenced by the fields of energy psychology, emotional healing, nutrition, spirituality, and naturopathic medicine.
Marie-Claire has worked with thousands of people as private clients and during the conferences and events she is invited to across the country and online. She publishes books and articles, and has written or been interviewed about homeschooling, education, parenting and lifestyle for the last 15 years.
“My greatest accomplishments are personal ones. I have an amazing relationship with my beloved and together we have raised 3 remarkable children in the homeschooling lifestyle. My children have already earned tremendous early successes, including full college tuition and honors of all kinds, and each is poised to walk into the future of his dreams. In addition to raising a family, I have spent many years researching high-achieving women, sampling many different modalities of personal and professional development, and working deeply on myself. It is through this work that I learned my deeper truths, healed myself of debilitating fibromyalgia, reclaimed my life, and discovered my heart’s desire to assist other women like me.
Using gentle guidance and support, plus a combination of organizational and management strategies, I am called to work with women pursuing personal excellence and productivity for themselves and for their families. I draw on various ways of thinking and tools adapted from the fields of counseling, psychology, spirituality, leadership and management to counsel women seeking their highest achievements while maintaining health, sanity and tranquility at the same time.
The relationships I establish with people are personal and very special to me. My ability to connect with others and see into what they need helps deepen our connection, and it guides me throughout the coaching process. It would be a privilege to help you reach your highest goals along with the happiness, freedom and sense of peace you desire.”
